Ella Johnson Memorial Public Library Strategic Plan 2017-2020
In 2016 the Ella Johnson Library embarked on an strategic planning project to help chart its course for the next three years. Our most important priority was our community and what the community needs from their library. We want to structure our services and offerings to meet your needs. With the help of Sarah Keister Armstrong and Associates, we conducted a communty analysis, conducted surveys and held focus groups to gather feedback from our community. Ella Johnson Memorial Public Library District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Ella Johnson Memorial Public Library District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
